Please join us at our Meet the Owners from Bell and Brunt!

For 104 years, Bell & Brunt has been a South Australian trusted family business of choice for crafting and caring for jewellery. In 1919, Edgar Bell Sr. started his jewellery repair business from home. Since 1941, Edgar Bell Jr and William Brunt joined Edgar Bell Sr., solidifying a partnership that fuelled their success. Together, they nurtured their passion for exceptional craftsmanship and unrivalled jewellery repair services. In 1942, Bell & Brunt underwent a transition, moving to James Place.  Keith Brunt, son of William Brunt, also joined the business in 1947, bringing fresh perspectives and ideas to the forefront, spearheading the creation of one-of-a-kind jewellery pieces and opening the doors of Bell & Brunt to the public in the 1960s. Together, Keith’s artistic brilliance in crafting stunning jewellery pieces coupled with his wife Glenda’s promotional prowess solidified their position as a go-to destination for exquisite, custom-made jewellery, making Bell & Brunt a South Australian icon.

With a rich history and a foundation built on tradition, Bell & Brunt pushes the boundaries of craftsmanship and design. Today, still family owned by Glenda Brunt and daughter, Cheri, the fifth-generation business thrives with a qualified team of experts, including in-house Master Jewellers and Designers, Repair Jewellers and Gemmologists. As the leader of Bell & Brunt, Cheri honours traditional knowledge and tools, while fearlessly embracing new perspectives.

Bell & Brunt proudly stands as an unparalleled legacy of handcrafted excellence, dedicated to celebrating and honouring the most cherished moments in life. With an unwavering commitment to exquisite jewellery, they embody the harmonious fusion of love, artistry, and unmatched craftsmanship.
